On Sunday, August 30th, the St. John's Community Health medical van comes to Greater Zion Church Family for a full day of free care after both the 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM services. Everyone is welcome. Right on site: primary care visits, diabetes and blood-pressure screenings, TB and STI/HIV testing, vaccines, women's health services, on-site lab testing, and help enrolling in health insurance and CalFresh. Referrals are available for dental, vision, podiatry, pediatrics, behavioral health, and more.
