Volunteers for Ministry to the Sick and Homebound

The Homebound Ministry is an outreach service that St. Frances provides to all of its Parishioners. In an effort to be responsive to the needs of those in our Parish who are disabled, sick, or confined to their homes due to temporary or chronic illness, which causes them to miss regularly worshiping with their Parish community, a group of Extraordinary Ministers of Communion (EMC) was formed. Volunteers need to be: A registered member of the parish 18 years of age or older Confirmed In “Good Standing” with the church. Ministers make one visit per week on a day of their choosing. Training will be provided for volunteers prior to their first homebound visit.
