Support for Youth in Operation Fresh Start

Operation Fresh Start was a program designed to provide a second chance for youth that have had some involvement with courts. The project provided employment for ten youth between the ages of 16 & 22, who were under supervision by the Department of Corrections or, who had been under supervision in the past. The youth would build a single family home that would then be sold to a low-income family upon completion. The church is located at 2477 N 36th St. Milwaukee, WI.
