The Karen Leadership Development Program is a Karen- birthed and led Christian ministry in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Many Karen students come to Chiang Mai hoping to receive a university education, where immense challenges await them - discrimination, cultural isolation, and difficulty adjusting to urban life. The KLDP addresses these challenges.
