COBYS Family Services educates, supports, and empowers children and adults to reach their full potential. They facilitate programs and services through The Lancaster County Children and Youth Social Service Agency and the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN). Additional services support those in the foster care and adoption system and those in need of counseling.
