SOAR Ministry Volunteers
Where: Mooresville, NC
Shared by Rocky Mount Church on
Rocky Mount Church's SOAR Ministry provides individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) the opportunity to grow in their relationship with Jesus. Volunteers are needed to serve as buddies, spending time one-on-one with a student during the 11:00 A.M. Sunday class. Younger volunteers (ages 13-17) have other opportunities to serve. Buddies are asked to commit to attending as consistently as possible.
