Prayer Shawls for those in need

The Knit Wits is Pritchard’s prayer shawl ministry. This group meets the first and third Wednesday of each month at 4:00 pm in the Prayer Room of the Fletcher Building. During their meetings, the Knit Wits work on shawls that are knitted or crocheted with love and prayers for those who will receive these special gifts. Once the shawls are complete the members of our congregation may request that they be sent to family members and loved ones in the hospital or hospice, those who will undergo surgery or treatment, those who are homebound, or those who simply need to be surrounded with love.
