October is Pastor Appreciation Month, and The Wesleyan Church invites congregations to celebrate pastors and ministry leaders who faithfully shepherd our churches. This is an opportunity to intentionally encourage them, reminding them that they are seen, valued, and supported by the people they serve. Ministry can be lonely, and this is a reminder that it was never meant to be done alone. As the Body of Christ, we serve together, encourage one another, and pursue God’s mission with a shared purpose.
