COS purchases 5000 pounds of surplus fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and bakery goods for COS distribution in the Church of the Servant parking lot on the first Saturday of each month at 10 am. Twelve out of a roster of 50 volunteers assist in the food distribution each time.
