The Legion of Mary is an international Catholic lay movement, which aims to collaborate in the Church’s mission of evangelization. Its members engage in the direct religious apostolate, especially towards those most remote from the Church’s influence. The Legion performs spiritual works of mercy by visiting the homebound, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, memory care facilities, praying for those in need and who request prayer, and evangelization in the Parish.
