In this Psalms book study and workout you’ll gain a spiritual and physical uplift. We begin with a 30 minute workout for all levels. We’ll study the ever-relevant Book of Psalms to deepen our relationship with Jesus, turn our worries into worship, and develop gospel-centered tools for navigating life. We conclude with a time of prayer.
