Lace up and Praise is a women’s small group that combines movement, prayer, and fellowship. We’ll come together to walk, talk, and pray- strengthening our bodies while growing closer to Christ and one another. This group is open to all fitness levels and is a relaxed, encouraging space to connect and walk out our faith together.
