Items for Mission on the Move's Oaks of Righteousness home in Honduras

Christmas gifts were provided for 36 children in our community, and monetary donations were given for presents for 52 children at Mission on the Move’s Oaks of Righteousness home in Honduras. A group of eight, including Santa, spent a weekend in Honduras helping the children at Mission on the Move celebrate Christmas. They gave out 300 Christmas boxes to children in the local community. A team of ten traveled to Honduras for a week to partner with Mission on the Move to share God’s love. They led a community-wide Vacation Bible School, a VBS at the Mission on the Move education center, and multiple Vacation Bible Schools in the public schools. As part of our ongoing partnership with Mission on the Move (MOM) Honduras, First Baptist Church Carrollton sent a team of eight with a primary objective to repaint one of the three homes at the Oaks of Righteousness, MOM’s family-styled children’s homes. They were also able to spend time with the children and visit a local nursing home.
