What positive changes can you make to improve your risks? (Hint: Diet, Activity, and Stress management!) Saturday, April 23 (Part 2) 1:00-3:00 pm What works and what doesn’t work?! Did you make changes over the past two weeks? How can we make lifestyle changes last?
