Our Front Desk Greeters are responsible for answering the main office phone and directing client phone calls to the correct extension, or occasionally to another agency that is better able to assist with their specific needs. This volunteer also greets every person that walks through our front door with a smile and helps them receive the aid they are looking for.
What's needed
- Answer phones, direct calls, and greet visitors.
