Our FBCO Soup Kitchen is not your normal soup kitchen. It serves our community a meal every Thursday at 1pm and typically serves an average of 200 plates per week. Our soup kitchen is staffed by volunteers from our church as well as our community who come together each Thursday to prepare, plate, and serve the meal each week. Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, we shifted from an indoor, seated meal that served around 120 people, to a drive-thru/walk-up model which has allowed the number of people we can serve to increase significantly. This outreach ministry of our church is funded primarily by donations.
