This ministry extends the healing hand of Christ by way of outreach to those who are ill or at a point in their life where attending Mass is somewhat impossible. Our mission is to identify and reach out to the sick and homebound of our parish, to visit them weekly, to pray with them and to bring the Eucharist to them.
