The Christian Meditation Ministry seeks to promote contemplative prayer, the prayer of the heart, where we are not thinking of God or talking to Him nor asking for anything. We are simply being with God who is in us through the Holy Spirit whom Jesus has given us. We teach a simple method of silence, stillness and simplicity and through our regular weekly meetings we give support to each other.
