The iCARE Ministry is a faith outreach to caregivers of individuals with dementia. These caregivers have many questions, new skills to develop, and heavy demands on their time and resources. Caregivers can become very isolated. Our goal is to provide support in order to relieve the isolation and help the caregivers identify and access needed resources. Our monthly support group meeting is an opportunity for caregivers to meet together, and they are encouraged to bring their "Cared For", who meet separately with ministry volunteers for fellowship and activities geared for them.
