Our program focuses on addressing an important issue: children in our local schools who may experience food insecurity over the weekends. We recognize the vital role nutrition plays in a child's well-being and educational success, and we are committed to making a positive difference in their lives. The Backpacks for Kids program is currently designed to provide food donations to children of the Kensett School District who are identified as food insecure and may not have access to adequate meals outside of school hours.
